Psychomedia analysis by the montage archives maestro, about”how computers have not liberated us but distorted and simplified our view of the world around us”.
Part 1 – The story of two perfect worlds. One is the small group of disciples around the novelist Ayn Rand in the 1950s who saw themselves as a prototype for a future society where everyone could follow their own selfish desires. Notes from our XLt hacklab advisors ( thx Db ):
Added: Part 1: Love and Power , All Watched Over by Machines of Loving Grace -(1/5) already on Youtube, broken up in 5 sections ( though 3/5 seems already blocked, perhaps due ironicly to a Leonard Cohen song. We think he’d disapprove !).
And Note: if Your are Not in the UK, and would like to try and watch via BBC2 website :
> you can also try to make your computer act like it has British IP address, then you get BBC stream straight… you need a VPN for that, found a free VPN for UK here:
( dead end? … unable to test… for FREE ? )
